Montana: Big Sky Country!

O LORD, our Lord, how majestic is your name throughout the earth! (Psalm 8:9, GWT)

We had planned on being in Canada by now; however, we found the Little Bighorn Battlefield to be very intriguing! We started off our tour by watching a short film laying out the historical aspects of the facts leading up to the battle. Then we walked the battlefield. Mike and I agree, this is our favorite National Park to date!

These markers are where the soldiers remains were found and erected where they died.

 The battlefield.

Having a special appreciation of horses, I found their memorial to be of special importance.

On the road again!

Beautiful Montana!

Truly "Big Sky Country"!

Montana farmland.

Montana homestead.

Looks like snow but it's alkali.

Mike was super thrilled to see Musselshell River. He is a voracious reader, especially westerns. Many of the books he has read writes about the trappers on this river.

Good night Beautiful Montana!

Travelers note: Eddie's Corner (Junction of 191 & 87) is an RV friendly stop!
