Badlands, Mt. Rushmore, and the Wyoming State Line

Yours, O LORD, is the greatness, the power, the glory, the victory, and the majesty. Everything in the Heavens and on earth is yours, O LORD, and this is Your kingdom. We adore You as the One who is over all things. (1 Chronicles 29:11, NLT)

This has been our scripture for this trip. We planned and researched our trip but nothing makes it all come alive as much as walking on the ground, seeing the sights, and smelling the trees! Thank You Abba Father for blessing us!

This is my kind of camping, having most of the conveniences of home! Plus, last night, the coyotes sung me to sleep. It was nice, it's been a very long time since I fell asleep to that chorus. We camped at the Badlands White River KOA. It is located approximately 15 miles off I90 near the Badlands National Park. It is a super clean, great facility with a pool, showers, laundry, mini golf, and c store.

Reminders are always good!

As you can see, there was some serious camp talking going on this morning over coffee.

Then, we had to address some issues with a red headed native american girl shooting up our camp!

Fossils!

 Our chariot.

Our "scout" is doing  fine job of getting us where we're going!

A few locals.

Off to Wall South Dakota, a very cute little town with lots of history.

Where the critters grow big!

Alright...time to get out of Wall!

Onward to Rapid City South Dakota!

The "locals" weren't up for much of a visit.

We stopped by to see the Crazy Horse Monument; however, opted out of the $27.00 entrance fee.
But was able to get this shot while turning around.

Aloha and mahalo South Dakota, you are beautiful and have been very good to us!

Let them shout for joy and be glad, who favor My righteous cause; and let them continually say, "Let the LORD be magnified, who has please in the prosperity of His servant. And my tongue shall speak of Your righteousness and of Your praise all the day long! (Psalm 35:27, 28, NKJV)
