We DidaRide, and Oh What a Joy Ride!

Then our mouth was filled with laughter, And our tongue with singing. Then they said among the nations, "The LORD has done great things for them." The LORD has done great things for us, And we are glad. (Psalm 126:2-3, NKJV)

As a family of dog lovers coupled with being fans of the world famous Iditarod race, when we discovered the Seavey's Ididaride, we knew it was an opportunity we could not miss! We DidaRide and oh what a joy ride!

You can find the Seavey's Ididaride right outside of Seward. There are other options, we prefer using Seavey's which is near Exit Glacier.

From our first point of contact to our last, we were treated like friends! This first class operation is slow paced, informative and fun. I was especially grateful to see true love for the dogs. They were handled with extra gentle, loving care and the grounds are very clean.

Our guide, Justin, was amazing with us and more importantly, with the dogs. Our trip really was like hanging out with friends!

After a quick orientation, we were allowed to ask questions...and being really big fans, we had a lot of questions!

We spent some time with the dogs, loaded up, the dogs were harnessed up and we were ready to ride the Alaskan bush type trails and mountain views!

We stopped by a river to allow the dogs to cool, take plenty of pictures, and ask more questions about the Last Great Race and the dogs who make it possible!

After our ride, we spent more time with the dogs and even held some new baby puppies!

Best Friends!

And that's why they call it, Puppy Love!

Our reviews:

Mikea (11 years old), "The baby puppies were so cute and soft! The one I held was so snuggly I wanted to name it, Snuggles!"

Gracie (9 years old), "This is the best thing we did on our whole trip! The puppies were so cute, I would rate this 100 stars and maybe more! Everybody I know should do this!"
