Hello Valdez!

My voice You shall hear in the morning, O LORD; In the morning I will direct it to You And I will look up. (Psalm 5: 3, NKJV)

Key Tov Blog is on the road again...in Alaska!

We got sleepy on our way to Valdez so we spent the night at a pull out on the side of the road.

You know you are on a great vacation when you are too excited to sleep in, wondering what view you are going to wake up to!

This morning did not disappoint!

Mountains and a river on one side!
Mountains and water falls on the other side!
Mountains and glaciers in front of us!

Supernatural favor!

After a little play in the rain, we were on our way to Valez!

Right after a quick stop to hike up to a glacier!

Bear tracks!

Racing dad back to the RV!

And then….glacier hike, number two near more waterfalls!

About five minutes into our hike, we discovered how quickly the weather can change…and, that we were not prepared!

Gracie was less than thrilled to not be prepared!

But the trip to the top was completely worth it! (It always is!)

Next stop, Keystone Canyon!

We made it to beautiful Valdez and the salmon were running!

Valdez Harbor!

The otters, seals, sea lions, and eagles were all fighting over their catch!

We decided to get into the action too!

She really likes salmon fishing!

Testing the frigid waters!

Salmon "traffic jam" in Valdez Alaska!
